Most IPTV apps use a username and password. But MAG set-top boxes and several Smart TV players identify your device by its MAC address instead. You send it to us, we register it, and the app or box loads your channels.
What is a MAC address?
A MAC (Media Access Control) address is a unique identifier for a device's network adapter, written as six pairs of characters, for example 00:1A:79:12:34:56.
Why IPTV providers need it
For MAC-based apps and portal boxes, the MAC address acts as your login. It ties your subscription to that device so the portal knows what to show it.
How to find your MAC address
1. MAG-style set-top box (settings)
Settings → System settings → Network → Network info (or Status). The MAC is listed there.
2. MAG-style box (sticker)
Check the label under the box — it shows the MAC printed next to "MAC".
3. Firestick or Android TV box
The MAC you need is usually the one shown inside the IPTV app (often starting 00:1A:79), not the device's Wi-Fi MAC. For the device MAC: Fire TV → Settings → My Fire TV → About → Network.
4. Smart TV apps (IBO-style players)
Open the app — the MAC address and device key are shown on the first screen or under settings.
5. Phone or tablet
Again, use the MAC shown in the app. Phones often use random Wi-Fi MACs for privacy, which aren't suitable.
How to send it to us
Take a clear photo of the screen showing the MAC (and device key if shown) and send it on WhatsApp, or type it carefully. We'll confirm when it's registered — then restart the app.
Common MAC problems and fixes
1. You sent the wrong MAC
Double-check characters like 0/O and 1/I, and send the MAC shown in the app.
2. Wrong MAC on our system
Send a photo; we'll correct it.
3. Random MAC on a phone
Use the MAC displayed in the IPTV app, not the phone's Wi-Fi setting.
4. Box replaced
Send the new MAC so we can move your subscription.
5. Subscription expired
The portal will stop loading — renew and restart the box.
