Your IPTV login includes a server URL (sometimes called host, portal or DNS). It tells the app where to connect.
1. What your IPTV URL is
A web address like http://server.example.com:8080. It identifies the provider's server and port. On its own it isn't a playlist — you combine it with your username and password.
2. Where to find it
In your welcome message, sent by WhatsApp and email after activation.
3. How to enter it
- Include
http://(orhttps://if given). - Include the colon and port number if there is one — see port numbers.
- No spaces, and no trailing slash unless shown.
- Paste rather than type — a phone remote app helps.
4. Common URL problems and fixes
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| "Server not found" | Check spelling and protocol |
| "Connection refused" | Add or correct the port |
| Works on Wi-Fi, not elsewhere | Network may block the port |
| Suddenly stopped | Address may have changed — ask support |
5. Keep it secure
Your M3U URL includes your username and password. Don't post it online or share it.
